 Why Has My Order Been Declined or Canceled?

The status of an order is changed to "Declined/Canceled" for a number of reasons. Such as:
  • Credit Card Has Declined
  • Product Ordered Has Been Discontinued
  • Can't Ship Order Because the Information Provided is Invalid
  • Order Canceled Per Customer Request
  • Order Canceled Due to the Amount Due
  • Need Additional Information to Ship the Order
  • Need Copy of Credit Card Faxed to Reach4Life
*An explanation as to why your order has been declined or canceled will be available by viewing the "Product/Order Memo" under Order History. Instructions for viewing this information can be found by following the link "What is the status of my order?" provided to the right under "Related Topics".
