Items may be returned within 30 days of the ship date for a full refund excluding shipping. No returns will be accepted without a prior authorization number. Unauthorized returns will be refused. If a shipment is refused delivery and returned back to Organics4Today, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded along with the shipping fee.

If you received free shipping with your order, Organics4Today will deduct the shipping and handling charge from the total refunded amount.

Defective, Damaged or Misshipped Items

For defective, damaged or misshipped items, you will receive a refund for the item(s) and shipping. Return shipping cost refunds are calculated using the lowest cost shipping method of USPS. (Items returned via expedited shipping methods will only be refunded an amount equal to the lowest cost shipping method). Please note: Organics4Today must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

Return Criteria Check List

Before requesting to return an item, please read our Return Criteria Check List provided below to make sure that your item(s) is returnable. Merchandise must ship with its original packing and accessories intact.

Appliances and non-supplemental products must be in original condition - new (factory fresh - if you have used the equipment at all, Organics4Today will not refund any of the purchase price or shipping charges) and in the original boxes.
Books - must be in original condition, (unused/new).
Perishables items - may not be returned, unless defective or misshipped.
Fitness Accessories - must be in original condition, (unused/new).
Foods, condiments, nutritional bars and teas - may not be returned because of safety issues, unless defective or misshipped.
Personal care items - must be in original condition and in original container, (unused/new). An exception can be made if the product was used and customer suffered an allergic reaction or doctor recommended to stop usage.
Vitamins and health Supplements - must be in original condition and in original container, (unused/new).

Instructions for Returning Product(s)

To request a refund on an order placed with Organics4Today, you must first obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" (RMA#). To do so, please login into your "Organics4Today Account Manager". Select "Your Order History" and choose the appropriate order number to process a return request for the item(s) within the 30 day return period. After selecting the appropriate invoice number, scroll down to the bottom of the page. Answer the questions provided. Within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) your return request will either be approved or declined. This information will be posted online and an email will be sent.

Returns will not be accepted without a RMA number. RMA numbers will expire after 10 days, and the item will not be accepted if returned after that time frame. Please print and use the return mailing slip provided within your "Organics4Today Account" under "Product Returns".

Returning an item(s) may change or void free shipping, coupon discounts.

When shipping your returned product/s, please be sure to keep your tracking receipt. We cannot guarantee refunds for a return without a proof of delivery confirmation provided by UPS, FedEx, or USPS.

Credits are processed upon confirmation of the return by our shipping department. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. If credit cannot be issued to your credit card, a store credit will be issued.
